Ketogenic lifestyle resources(youtube channel), books and videos for beginners

Recently I met 3 clients and they are already living keto lifestyle and one client was open for giving it a try-thus on his keto journey-he’s scientist!
I love open minded, smart intelligent people. 🙂

Because I have problems with conventional foods that are not natural and clean source and doing keto diet gave me so much better life these days.

I’ve been bad…after moving to my new neighborhood and stop getting organic real local produce from my friend who lives in organic farm land and has connections to farmers with the right ethics for growing foods.
Also learning too much about plant anti nutrients gave me a little bit of phobias…on eating some plants these days…
There are some people doing carnivores diet and they swear they feel amazing and have a great health benefit so I like to experiment with that one day when I get good meat source.

These are youtube channels I follow and learn, study, research.

Stephanie Person
She’s 51 year old but looks like 30s…with her energy level.
She’s quite straight forward and sometimes extreme but she’s been coaching more than 3,000 people from all over the world with data(glucose and ketone meter.
I am open about her experiences as she got the most diverse experience with coaching unlike specialty doctors who also got amazing reputations and results.

High Intensity Health with Mike Mutzel
I love his humble interview style with most up to date science and research sharing with experts, doctors and sometimes his personal sharing with his wife.

Thomas DeLauer
He’s workout(HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training) and Intermittent Fasting expert who explains science and research based info easily and also entertaining way.
Short and simple and very useful.

Bulletproof – Dave Asprey
I love his products and interviews and info sharing style.
He’s best seller author of BulletProof Diet, HeadStrong book, very scientific.

Dr. Darren Schmidt

I love Dr. Darren Schmidt videos as he is practicing and also read so many books that were published before pharmaceutical industry controlled information and got rid of many of scientific feeding studies before world war 2 broke out.
Long time ago, there were so much truth and info were available.
His real life patients practice results with keto and nutrition and amazing supplements line he knows from all over the world sound really good and promising.
He’s really scientific and explains so well.

Dr David Jockers
I like his presentation. Really good and useful!

Dr. Eric Berg DC
I watched a lot of his videos when I first started keto journey. Nowdays not so often.

Mark Hyman, MD
– Doctor’s Farmacy

I like his interviews and his energy.

Dr. Josh Axe
His videos are really nice, well produced and entertaining and easy to understand.
His mom had two time breasts cancer and second time when it reoccurred, he helped her mom to heal with more natural healing approach with essential oils and holistic approach.

Low Carb Down Under
Conferences, sciences from experts, doctors.

Diet Doctor

I subscribe but don’t watch a lot.

Dr. Anthony Gustin

He is owner of exogenous ketone supplement line called PERFECT KETO. It’s popular and I ordered and tried. Was so delicious but I felt like I was getting addicted to taking smoothies with PerfectKeto products than eating real keto meals. :)))

Keto Christina
She’s European lady who lost tons of weight on keto and sharing her journey and coaches. It’s personal and quite real and relatable than fancy doctor style interviews. 🙂
I learn something new.

Dr Michael Van

I like his presentations on keto, keto and cancer etc. He’s good teacher.

Tim Ferriss
He’s famous 4-hour work week best seller author who is super human, productivity machine. Of course he’s on keto life.
You can find keto related videos along with super productivity info and interviews.

What I’ve Learned

Keto Connect
I am a subscriber on this channel but don’t watch too often as they share a lot of cooking and food info.
I was more like science, info learning mode than cooking recipe learning style…so…

  1. Steve says:

wow, what a list…you are very serious about this….
I’ve been following Dr. Axe and the truth about cancer…not familar with other ppl in the list…but I am quite a health conscious man as well, and there are some other area you want to look at(you can google or youtube them),

Vitamin C – Dr. Suzanne Humphries(she is the best in practicality) and Dr. Thomas Levy(in-depth and academical. FYI, he’s an attorney as well)

Apricot Seed – there are a number of negative articles mainly published directly and indirectly by those big pharmaceutical corporations against this. no surprise but it’s good to explore your own to some extent. you may know this already but one of a good references is Dr. Kanematsu Sugiura’s research about Laetrile(basically, extract from Apricot seed) at Sloan Kettering..

oops, I am late…I need to go dinner with my colleague now so have a great evening,

    1. KoreanAphrodite says:

      Hi Steve!
Thank you for sharing your info!!! I will look into those!! Thank you!

Yeah, I watched some youtube videos and articles about apricot seed being cancer cure and controversial info against that as well. I had my suspicion why that was the case. I healed myself my stage 0 cancer and I feel bad for many innocent Koreans just believe what mainstream media, doctors and authorities tell them or program. I just should keep on sharing for those who are open enough to research and decide for themselves…right?

      Have a great evening! 🙂
